Attached is an album by Chris Perkins. He took pictures of young boys in Ghana, who are trying to master their skills in soccer (football), so that they are able to make it to the "big leagues" and be able to send money home to their families. The pictures themselves are not very exciting, or interesting but what I like about the album is that it gives better meaning to their story. By being able to see pictures of the boys it helps people better relate to their story. Through the pictures you are able to see the poverty in Ghana, many of the boys don't even have the proper equipment, such as cleats and shin guards. I like that you can see the determination the young boys have from such a young age.
