Maidie

This is a picture my brother took in Big Sur, California. I like this photo because the long exposure blurrs the ocean water, this makes it look as though its foggy over the water when really its the effect of the waves crashing onto the rocks. This also give the water an eerie feeling. To do this he used a tripod to keep his camera steady, since he had to leave his lens open for a long period of time. This is also the technique one can use for night photography.
