Film Developing Process Step 3

Step 3: After pouring the water out, pour in the fixer (400 mL of water 100 mL of fixer) and flip the container upside down and back continuously for 30 seconds. Then wait 15 seconds, then continuously flip over the container again for 15 seconds, repeat process unitl it has been 2 minutes. Once finished, pour the fixer back into a container to save for later use. Do not throw away. Move on to step 4.

Note: When developing two rolls of film in one canister use 520 mL of water and 130mL of fixer (this is still 4 parts water to 1 part fixer)
